If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 100 days of receipt, provided they are in a clean and resalable condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place your clean, unworn footwear in its original packaging and ensure all tags are still attached before sealing the shipping box.
Ship the Parcel
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
